還沒參加生命彩排之前，很好奇不懂是一個怎樣的課程。參加以后，可以知道自己的個性。雖然課程進行過程中，不能很全心全意的投入，但也讓我深深感受與體會到以後自己要怎樣去面對生活。

The first time I hear about 生命彩排 was from my sister-in-law. That was few month back. She tries her very best to convince me and my wife to attend, but due to we work in Sarawak, we always had a very good excurse to reject her - No right time.

One month ago, my sister had attended this class. After the class, she strongly recommends the course to me and she had tried her biggest effort to make sure I will be in the next class. I am really wonder what kind of the course it is? How powerful it is?

Finally, myself, my wife, my brother, my nephews and my sister-in-law attending the class, just because we appreciated my sister action.

The first day, the first step in the class, I feel not very comfortable. After we have got our buddy, my feeling is more not comfortable, because my buddy is my brother, my real brother. I just worry that I can’t tell him all my true words from my heart, and I worry he will have the same felling too. But after two days section, I know I’m totally wrong. Now I know more about my brother, I now more about him, I appreciated more what he had did for the family.

May be I come from a very good family background, and I am the youngest in my family, all my family loves me so much. They give me a lot of freedom to develop myself. I have a very good relationship and very good communication with my father and mother sine I was young, they treat me like a friend and we can talk whatever topic we want to. They teach me how to independence, how to be a good person. I love them a lot and all my brother and sister, of course included myself really 孝順them. So I don’t have very big feeling for the first day class. I feel that this class is more useful for those who have family problem, especially those who have communication problem with their family, who have experience before their family member pass away, divorce and so on.

I feel that I so lucky, I don’t have this entire problem. I have a understanding wife, very cute baby, I have a lot of love from my parents, brother and sister. But I understand the entire message that the class wants to pass to me. Those day I thought I 孝順my parents, but after the class only I know I only 孝but sometime without 順. So start from today I will more and more and more 孝and順 my parents. I have seen too many examples that the sons or daughters attitude and character follow parents, so I hope I can be a good example for my children.

When talk about how important is the word “life”, as what I have share the experience before, I had an accident before, I understand and I know the people who really love me will be very-very sad. Thanks for 生命彩排to recall and remind this important point to me. I will take care of myself, to love my parents, my wife, my children, my sister and brothers.

I am very proud of myself to wind an award, “The most potential award” I don’t know how I won the price, but I appreciate very much. Thanks to the judges to give me the price. I will do my best, start from this moment, I will do my best. Once again.

03岑海媚

        黃博士，您好。這一次是我第一次來到生命彩排，很高興認識你，也很榮幸在這裡上課。

        當我來到這裡的第一天，我的心情非常緊張，那時候也很害怕。但是過了第二天，我的心情可以放鬆下來了。但是到了第三天，真的依依不捨地離開這裡。

        不過，請問你可不可以告訴我以後几時才再可以在這裡上課。可是，我卻在想我几時才可以好像渼利姐姐他們一樣，可以做到真正的天使，我也想做天使。

        我岑海媚很想感謝黃博士在這三天裡面，每天都循循善誘地解釋給我們知道做人的道理。

我再感謝黃博士的文憑及禮物等等。我以後要好好做人，做個有禮貌的孩子，而不做打打殺殺的事。

而我不懂几時還有得見黃博士的教育之恩，而我記得還有父母的養育之恩。謝謝。

Dearest Dr. AC Ng:

        Hello doctor, how are you? I would like to tell you the feelings before I come to “生命彩排”. First of all, I think it is a ‘camp’ that tell me who am I or show me, make myself understand what kind of person I am. Actually, I approximately know what kind of person I am.

        No one force me to enter, to join this course. My dad told me that he had paid for the fees and tells me that I am going to join this course in 27,28&29 December 2002. You can say that I ask to join this course. My younger brother join this course before me, my father force him to join this course.

        I precious my father, he give me this chance to join this course even though the fees is extremely expensive. I know that my father love all of us.

        After 2 days training, I understand myself more. I know that family is important for me. I always know that my family is important to me. Now, I strongly know that family is important is really. They give you hope, love and care. The most important is they will forgive you when you did something wrongly.

        Today, we have a time that is call “生命之船”. I am glad that I can get into the boat to let me have the chance to survive. But at the end, I let go my sit and let others to survive. This is just a “彩排”, from now on I will precious my own life no matter what happen. I will take good care of myself and then I can only take care of my parents and family.

        From this course, I understand that we should open ourselves to other people. We should give our hug to all of our friends. Its just an easy action, hug your friend and your family! Hug! When you hug your friend, you can feel their love.

        I should go for my goal from now on! My goal is to be a graphic designer and be a very, very happy person. I hope to have a happy family. All I want is being happy!

        I hope all of my friends can be happy in the coming future too. You will be a famous graphic designer!

        Last but not least, I would like to thank Dr. AC Ng, you are positive. You tell me that I should love myself before I love someone else. I will love myself more before I can love other people that I care of. I also want to thank my father, he is always support me when I need him. Thanks, dad! Thanks, Dr. AC Ng!

敬愛的黃教授：

        您安好。

        首先，我要謝謝您給我這個機會來代達我們參加這一次生命彩排之前和之後的感觸。在我還沒上這一次的課程前，我總以為做人難，做人苦，好像是為了別人以活的。

        但在我上了您的生命彩排課程后，我得了很多很多的感觸，給我體會到，做一個人要有很強的意志力，信心才能把自己磨練成功。生命來得不易，生命是寶貴的。我們一定要珍惜生命，愛護自己才能把自己的愛帶給大家。

        生命彩排的課程是一個很有意義的課程，再次的感謝您和天使們，讓我找到生命的真正起點及含意。我們一定會很好。謝謝您，黃教授。

        Before attending the life rehearsal, I did not realize hoe important the life is, at least not that seriously. I just knew that life is important and you have to be strong on this society. However after attending this course, I found that you do not only need to know it, but also need to be ready to lose if one day, it is just matter of time. There are a lot of things we need to do when we are alive, for the reason that we do not know about where we will rest in peace.

        Dr. has taught us to save a lot of people and not to and not to let your parents or the one your love down; first you have to be a survivor. 所謂“天生我才比有用”， every part of me are actually being created or built or even developed by my parents. “自我犧牲，不孝也”，unless my live could save another people lives, or more lives.

        Today, I reborn again, as a fresh man of the society, as a survivor of the society. I am happy to share my happiness and sadness here, I know that I am growing with all my “生命之友”.

        Once a Buddhist master told me “利人利己，自覺覺他”. Yeah, you have to do some, which benefit you and others, calls “win win” （雙嬴）, self realization, than you can influence others to know what the right direction is.

        這一次令我沒齒難忘的課程，我會珍惜，希望我來生之年，能幫助更多的人，成為真正的生命天使。

黃雅烈博士：

        其實在還沒來生命彩排之前，在心里面真的覺得煩。因為我從小到大都不是很喜歡這樣的場面，我是被逼而來，那就是我上屬和下屬的關係，那是因為她是我的老闆，我沒得好反對，我就只好說YES.

        為什麼她會推荐我來上這個“生命彩排”？是因為她在之前已上過這個課程。那是因為她和我相處已有十年之久，她很明白我的脾氣。我是一位非常容易發脾氣和打罵孩子的媽媽，我否認我不是一位媽媽，我覺得我很失敗。

        在我來聽課之前，在路途我的心里很矛盾，一方面很想學習多一些東西，一方面又很害怕。第一天，在上課時，因為大家都不認識對方，感到有一點陌生，真的很辛苦。在黃博士的指導下，我才慢慢把那感覺忘記了，把自己想發洩的話都一一的跟我的BUDDY說出來，感覺真的舒服多。

        到第二天（28/12/2002）感覺最快樂和興奮，因為和同伴打成一片，我們小組也可以互相分享大家的喜和愁。午餐時，大家有說有哭，真感覺好像自己的家人一樣，我真的有這樣的緣份和來自各州的陌生朋友在一起打成一片。在下課之後又想明天（29/12/2002）是我們的最後一堂課，心里有一點失落感。

        其實在這一次的“生命彩排”的講師黃博士的引導下，在我心里的結都一一的打開了。和家里人相處的方式，怎樣去和朋友之間關係搞好，怎樣去珍惜每一個人的生存價值和自己的生命不可以拿來當一場遊戲。現在我真的體會到生命的珍貴，在此我真的非常感謝黃博士給我很多啟發的價值觀，其實做人真的要活得有意義。

        最後，我要中心的謝謝黃博士和我lady boss,如果沒有lady boss我真會錯過這樣精彩的生命彩排的課程。

Dear Dr. AC Ng,

        Before I attended “生命彩排”, I take a lot of things in my life for granted. No matter I do I always procrastinate? I always give myself a lot of excuses that I have time to do it later. Whenever I meet failure in my life or work, I would choose to avoid the problem instead of confronting it once and for all and solve it. Before I attend this seminar, I know that my major weakness is my determination of not able to reach my goal or dream. Whenever I am pursuing my goal and I meet obstacles, I will give up easily and change to another goal. I think this is the main reason why I job hop because my interest has already waver. I know of this major weakness but I do nothing to correct it because I believe I still have time.

        After attending this seminar, I realized that life is unpredictable. If you always leave everything to tomorrow and what happen if that tomorrow never come. I think I will regret it even in my death. There are so many things I have not doing yet, so many people I have not repay yet, so many dreams that I have not fulfill yet.

        From this moment, I will not waste any of my life. I will pursue my life and dream like I have no tomorrow. I will treasure my friend and family because I don’t know what will happen tomorrow. I will correct my shortcoming and be a person my family will be proud of.

        Thank you Dr. Ng for inviting me to this seminar. I thank you from the bottom of my heart because you have changed my outlook of life, which has made me a much better and happier person.
