The Southern Pacific University was established as a non traditional, non-campus University to provide online or e-learning programs for mature students worldwide to advance their careers and academic qualifications.  The objective is to assist working adults integrate life-long learning into their busy lives and pave the way for a new generation of dynamic professionals at their respective profession through the latest in instructional design, technology, and support.

Online or e-learning brings classroom to your computer instead of taking you to the classroom.  E-learning is basically distance learning augmented by computer communication technology. It is an effective distance learning anywhere, anytime. The participants can become a part and get the feel of a virtual classroom, where interaction with instructors and other participants is possible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Distance Education is ‘education at a distance'.  The instructor and students do not meet in a classroom but interact remotely from their separate locations - wherever that may be.  The idea of Distance Learning may sound "foreign" to students whose mental picture of a college is a campus with dormitories, athletic facilities and a towering library.  Distance Education courses are offered as a convenient alternative for adults who cannot attend scheduled classes due to time and/or location constraints.  They will appreciate and value the flexibility allowed, continuing their education at home on their own time.

The fee structure is developed to minimize costs incurred by students and is kept at the lowest level. Various payment plans are provided to meet the requirements of different income groups.  There are 3 modes of payment.  You can refer to the Online Admission Payment Form for more details.
Tuition is a single fee, which includes lecture notes, counseling, services provided by faculty and administrative staff, transcripts and preparation and issuance of degrees.
