Personal Exploration model aims at helping Managers and Executives to
increase their Personal Leadership Effectiveness. Experience and wisdom
are his most invaluable assets. His greatest satisfaction as a trainer
is the ability to mesmerise the audience with his well-researched
messages and training methodology. Cham is an active member in the field of public speaking where he prefers to term it as 'Effective Communication'. He is the past president of the Toastmasters International Speecom Club, and has attained the status of Competent Toastmaster(CTM) in 1990. He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and a winner of MIM speakers of the year award 1989. He is a much sought after speaker, particularly in areas of leadership, motivation, sales psychology, self-confidence and effective communication. Cham started his career in the accounting field. He later ventured into sales profession and has achieved remarkable success. He has worked himself from office to office canvassing up to the managerial level in a well-established international conglomerate. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Action Learning (Colorado, USA) is a Fellow Member of the International Management Centres Association (FIMCA), Buckingham, United Kingdom. Cham has conducted training courses for AIA, American Express, ABB, Beaubelle, Capital Land, Caring Pharmacist, Ceva, Eli Lily, Gentali, GE Life, Harbour Plaza Hotel, Hendry Butcher, Hyatt Saujana Resort, Perdana Cigna, MAISCA, Mayflower, MCIS, Overseas Assurance, Pacific Hypermarket, SK Brothers, SP Setia, Tan Chong, United Merchants Finance, and others. Cham believes that the seed of happiness lies within each of us. A 24-hour person is a person who experiences 24 hours of happiness, calmness and steadiness every day of his or her life. To him, the greatest challenge in life is the continuous enhancement of character and expansion in wisdom. He is happily married with four loving children. His motto in life is to inspire people to develop their wisdom from within so that they can help others to develop theirs for the betterment of all. |
