你好，首先對不起，因為沒利用學院的稿紙（剛才被弄濕）。上完第二天的課程，要開始寫這封信給黃博士，現在提起筆，對著面前的紙已經整小時，還不知如何下筆，因為千言萬語，感激、感謝已不能表達，由始至終，我都會對自己的決定，策劃很有信心，覺得肯定是不錯的，可能我年紀輕輕已自行創業，而且我的決定很少遭人反對，否認。

我很喜歡潛水、游泳，每當休息時，我都會在幻想。假如現在，我面前的海灘、泳池有人遇溺，我會奮不顧身的下水救他（她）。哪管水流有多急，泳池、水池有多深，我都會這樣做，感覺很有英雄感，很不錯。哪管溺，也絕不後悔，可是上了今天的課後，我突然之間覺得我的生命可貴、無價。我怎能隨隨便便丟了呢。

尊敬的導師黃雅烈博士：

謝謝您，非常謝謝您！在這兩天里，在您的引導下，使我真正的感受到生命對于我們是寶貴的，它對于我們只有一次，我們應該珍惜它！在這個課程中，我深深領悟到要怎樣去忍讓，寬容和孝順和怎樣做一個好媽媽，好女兒，好太太。

經過了兩天的彩排，我明白了，明白了做人的道理，明白了生命是寶貴的，我要為了我媽爸而活，為了我的小孩而活，為我自己而活，而且要活得轟轟烈烈的，能夠參加這次活動，我覺得我是很有福氣的，我要感謝白蘭阿姨給我這次的活動機會。要感謝您黃博士教了我們很多東西，在您的指導下我才找到真正的我。

Dear Dr. Ng

I am glad to be this golden opportunity by my mother to attend such a valuable course. my feeling throughout this course can hardly be expressed by words. there are same times when I feel happy and sometimes when I feel sad until I cried. all this feelings are so strange it come so naturally.

on the first morning at this course, I was quite confuse of what is happening around me therefore I felt quite bored but when it reaches the second half of this day I started to like it. on the second day, I was very eager to attend this course and by the end of the second day, I fell in love with this course. time passes by very quickly which means the third day is coming soon and my heart sank whenever I thought of this because the course will end soon.

What I gain from this uncountable, from this course I get to know now valuable my life is and time is very precious. our life is getting shorter day by day therefore we must appreciate time.

from this course I also get know how important my parents are to me. last time I only know to 埋怨 them and never thank them for all the things that they have done for me. but one part of this course asked us to imagine that our parents is dead. on the part, I felt very sad and cried because that time I felt that I never appreciated them and never done a job of daughter when they are alive and now I have no more chance to do so. there is no use saying sorry when there is no more chance for me to express my gratefulness. therefore I told myself that I will never let this happen again and will start to show my love for them starting from now. I hope it is not too late to start now.

lastly I want to thank Dr Ng for having this course and thought me a lot of things. thank you so much and I will remember whatever you thought forever. thank you

DEAR DR AC Ng

在我還沒有說出我的感受之前，我先要謝謝您。為什麼？因為您創造了生命彩排。在我還沒有上這几天的課的時候，我對它有懷疑，我從別人口中知道了生命彩排，但它使我對這個課程產生無數的問號，它真的那麼好嗎？三天之內可使一個人改變？雖然沒有說出口，但心理總是這麼想。直到我並到這次的機會，我可以親自體驗這個課程，抱著一試的心理進了課室。

開始的時候，我覺得這課程不是想像中的那麼棒，直到那場生死離別的場面，我感受到這課程的用意，它真的是一個生命的彩排，是一個一生的彩排。這些彩排是即將會發生的雖不知是何時何日。生命是一次的，但我們很榮幸的有機會彩排，這使我們知道的是在什麼SITUATION，該有什麼正確的方法去解，如果真的發生亦都知道要怎做才對，以後也不會有遺憾或後悔。

我本身是在一個幸福家庭生長的，才剛剛中五畢業不知天高地厚。我覺得我在這裡可以吸收到其他的經驗而不會再犯同樣的錯誤，這點是這個課程的好處。我可以感受到我從未感受與事情，我學會了如何對待他人，亦學到如何保護自己。在彩排中我可以犯錯因為我還可得到一個生命的回頭票讓自己重生，但在現實生活中根本就沒有什麼機會讓自己重生，所以在做任何選擇必定要對，不然自己會後悔一世。我也不多說了。總而言之“生命彩排”必須再舉行下去，這樣可以讓我們了解自己與生命的重要，它能夠讓我們成長；它能使我們從邪走回正；它能夠讓我們珍惜一切；它能使我們成功，上了它真的無怨也無悔。

希望博士能使它更好！更好！更好！以後的學生能得到更加好的。努力啊！博士！努力的把它傳到全世界的每一個腳落而使到更多人受益，您要把它變成全世界最勁最好的彩排亦都是最精彩的。博士您好咿！

我的感受

親愛的黃博士：

在我還沒有上這個生命彩排的過程，我本人的脾氣很爆燥。從我第一天到了生命彩排的課程，我本人從您的教導之下學了很多東西。第一天早上的課程，我感受到自己不是做得最完美。到了下午的課程，我已經投入到了生命彩排的課程。我已經找到我的目標，怎樣去孝順和報答我的爸爸和媽媽的養育之恩。到了第二天早上的課程，我就更加投入怎樣去報答我的父母親和我的組別的組員。第一件事我就是要報答我的父母親；第二件事，我就要報答您黃博士在組別的組員和我的同伴。明天就是最後一天，我聽這個講座，我會更加珍惜那麼可貴的這一天。我希望黃博士您主辦的這個生命彩排能發揚光大，保存下去。我也希望下一代的人會參與這個課程。最後我向您說一句“我很感激您和感謝您對我的指導。”I LOVE YOU！！！

致黃雅烈博士：

我是來自檳城州的學員鄭添明，在寫這封信時我很高興、感激，又覺得很幸運。

在我本身還沒有上生命彩排之前，我只抱著見世面的心情從檳城來到吉隆坡。可是當我第一天踏進生命彩排的課室的時候，我開始有點明白為什麼我的介紹人要叫我來。因為它是一個很特別的課程，它第一天就能完全把我帶入忘我境地，而且還是用著蠻特別的方式來進行，它能把我的身份，煩惱，擔憂與身邊的親人都能忘記，好讓我在不知不覺的學習到以前我覺得對其實是錯的事情。

我在這三天的課程里知道和學到什麼是親人的重要、生命的寶貴、面對困難的勇氣以及原諒人家的心態。我也在課程中知道了付出和接受的意義、時間的寶貴和遲到的害處都是我之前不知道的，在課程的過去也讓我體會到大家的愛心和保護別人的快感。生命彩排讓我能有一種新的方式去做每件想做又沒做，或做錯又不知道的事情。我在這也要很感謝我的教授黃雅烈博士，因為不是你的教導下我也不會得到這樣多東西，而最好的也很不捨得每個天使或學員們。

Time does pass, doesn't it? When the time has passed away, we as a human being can not control the time. At some moment, I do regret sometimes. My lovely mother , hoping the best for me, took me to a course. This was the best course that I have ever participate in. The course name is "生命彩排".

When I first attempt the class , I don't know what will happen during and after the course. Is this course going to charge me in the way of acting, thinking and judging? Is this course good for me? What is this course about? Why should I attend this course?

Wondering what will going to happen, I walked in the class with some strong feeling. Nervous I think this is because I know not even a singer person here. I know a lady here. she is my buddy. as what Dr. Ng said, the buddy respondent ourself. Accept the buddy means accept yourself . the teacher said again. When we are divided into small group, again I see some strangers, the people that I don't know anything about them, not even a single thing. however during the course our relationship get better, better than ever. We share our feeling, our opinion and our experience.

During the course, I learn a lot, a lot of things. the most important thing is now to accept ones personality, forgive and forget ones mistake. besides, I learnt to love my parents more. I have know what my parents have gave me, I don't know Chinese word but after the second course, I went home to write I love you to mum and dad in Chinese word. although it may not worth a cent for others it is very ,very, very valuable to me.

Dr Ng, thank you. I really really really wanna said thank you to you. Because of you, I know how deep is my parents love towards me. Because of you, I know how to forgive, forget and accept ones mistake. although the mistake really, really, really hurt me. Because of you, I know the most important thing to a human being, it is our life. the life cannot buy with money and love too.

before I finish this letter, I would like to express my gratefulness to you ,Dr.Ng thank you very much, Dr.Ng thank you I hope that this course will keep on running and keep on glair. this is because this course is a good one and it can help people to understand and appreciated.
